After our usual warm up and lap around the F loop, we circled back up, maintaining at least 6 feet, and began what I called 10 rounds of Ali vs. Frazier. With each round we added an exercise and increased reps by 5. For example:
Round 1-5 Burpees
Round 2-5 Burpees + 10 Merkins
Rounds 3-10 we added 15 LBCs, 20 lunges, 25 mountain climbers, plank (30 sec), 35 american hammers, 40 SSHs, 45 Big boy sit ups, and 50 squats. So total we completed 50 burpees, 90 merkins, 120 LBCs, 140 lunges, 150 mountain climbers, 150 seconds of plank, 140 american hammers, 120 SSHs, 90 sit ups and 50 squats.
In between each round we ran a short distance and returned to our circle, again maintaining distance.
