The thang, started out with circle up followed by the disclaimer.

We started with the warm up – in cadence

Arm Circles, SSH, Butt Kickers, followed by ATM’s (20 Alternating shoulder taps, 10 slow Merkins, 10 fast merkins)

Moseyed over to a large parking lot where it was only fitting that the money laundering guy put the PAX thru Catch Me If You Can.  Partnered up, while partner one was doing a low sumo walk partner two was doing 5 merkins and 5 Peter Parkers.  We made a loop around the large parking lot and held Al Gore for the 6.  Across the street YHC used a long tall block wall to put the PAX thru one minute of toe touches followed by 10 Irkins IC.  Since we were already there we box jumped the wall for another minute followed by 10 Derkins IC.

The PAX moseyed over to a long alley way at Union Dr where we helped hold up the large brick wall with some wall squats.  While the PAX held the wall up one of the crew ran down to the end of the street and upon return the next person took off.  We then made our way to the end of the waterfront where we grabbed some curb and held a crab table pose while we looked at one of the most beautiful AO’s around.  As a bonus we were able to check out Jimmy Buffett’s new boat.  Indian ran back to the gazebo where the PAX partnered up again and partner one had to jump up and over the gazebo steps while partner two had to hold plank.  5 minutes worth.

As we finished up there was a large crowd growing at our AO as the Smoke on the Water 5 K was about to take off.  The PAX decided to go do Mary right if front of the crowd.  We started with 25 Thor’s, 1 sit up to 4 American Hammers, followed by WW1, and everyone’s favorite burpees.

Prayer requests – continued prayers for Chonks mom, Cooper, Brandon Glass (former military) recently saved, and Aaron Jones.  Continued prayers for F3, the military, first responders, and those out west continuing to battle the fires.

It was a great time with my VQ.  Till next time, Enron.
