I didn’t put anything up on Twitter or social media to see if I could surprise the guys this morning because they guys tend to get anxious when I Q because they never know how difficult the day will be.  Needless to say when I said time to circle up I got a few groans from the crowd which is what I like to hear.

Warm up – SSH, Merkins, Good Mornings, Don Quixotes

Mosey to the lighthouse at the other end of the boardwalk.  Today’s plan is to work the entire body from head to toe.  On the ledge by the vending machines where OYO each man had to perform 100 dips, 100 irkins, and 100 derkins.  In between each exercise or when they needed a break they were allowed a short mosey to a tree at the end of the grassy area and back.  From there we made our way to the start of Main St where the following was performed; zombie walk 50 yards, 25 LBCs, side lunge 25 yards, 50 LBCs, side lunge 25 yards, 75 LBCs. Now at the intersection of Main and Respass it was time to do something else the rest of the way till we reached Market St.  Here’s how it went down; zombie walk 50 yards, bear crawl 15 yards, 50 flutter kicks, hillbilly walk 30 yards, 50 box cutters, imperial walker 20 yards, 100 LBCs.  Another short mosey over to St. Peters where we performed the peoples chair and went down the line saying our favorite things about Christmas.  Another short mosey over to my office on second st where we found Bulldog and invited him to join up to finish up the workout.  We performed balls to the wall and a run up Everest then a mosey back to the AO.  With 10 minutes to spare with finished off the day with some cool down Broga and the COT.  Named Boss Hogs 9 year old son Hushpuppy and Brantley Smith as Bulldog, prayers, and the group photo to finish off the day.

Till next time…Enron
