What a perfect day at the waterfront to perform a physical test like no other. It was determined that the Washington PAX was going to attempt a run at the Murph the follow in the footsteps of our big brothers at F3ENC.  The shovel flag was planted and we were ready to see who would show up for the challenge. In total 7 brothers beat the fart sack to see what they were made of. After a short warm up just to get the legs engaged and ready for the start it was time to face a beast of a workout. In total 3 of us made this attempt with a ruck sack or weighted vest. We left Festival Park and headed down the street to Havens Gardens for our one mile run. Once there it was time to see what we were made of with 100 pull-ups, 200 Merkins, and 300 Squats. Thanks to Largemouth and his generosity he had placed a cooler of water at the park for us because we knew this was going to take a lot out of us. Once we were completed we all started our run back to Festival Park.  It was a heck of a challenge and hen we all finished you could ring our shirts out from all the sweat.

Thank you to all of the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice so we could perform this challenge today. We give you thanks and honor your memory.
