Warm Up

IC – SSH, Butt Kickers, Good Mornings, Arm Circles, and fished up with YTW arm stretches.

To get the party started the PAX jammed out to Micheal Jackson’s “Don’t stop till you get enough”. Every time the PAX heard the phrase a Burpee was performed. Little did they know that Michael uttered that phrase 25 times in 3 minutes. Next the PAX got to pick out there very special yard paver, which they would become friends with for the next half hour. With the paver in hand we performed Slugger. Total of 3 laps around Festival Park with the paver and after each lap 20 Merkins, 20 Diamond Merkins, and 20 Wide Merkins. After a 20 count the PAX had to wake up for ALARM. With paver in hand we did Arms-Curls with shoulder press (20), Legs-Squat(20), Abs-LBC(20), Run-Short 50 yard Run, Merkin-Since so many Merkins we done before modified and did 20 burpees. Now the fun began…Michael paid us another visit with “Beat It”. With paver in hand every time Michael said “Beat It” the PAX lunged out a step and held the lung until they heard it again.  72 times later we were done. After a short run down the boardwalk we finished with with Michael’s “Bad”. Every time the PAX heard “Bad” they had to perform a V sit-up.

Finishing up with name-o-rama and prayer requests. Thanks for the opportunity to Q guys. Gets easier after each time.
