Well, it was my turn on the calendar to Q, so the Q I shall be. We arrived at the beautiful Washington downtown Waterfront at 7:00am. Bullseye the FNG, thought we had nothing on cross country workouts. huh.
The warm up was some SSH, DonQuotes, and some Burpees(the beginning of many)
I then instructed all PAX that everyone should holler out Burpee whenever they felt like it and the whole PAX would stop and do a Burpee. I would regret this command.
Then we moseyed over to the next intersection as guys started demanding Burpees.
We then ran down the strip to the courthouse. While we ran we had to stop at every door and do 5 squats. Man, who knew there were so many doors on one downtown street. Of course we continued to do Burpees on call.
When we arrived at the courthouse our legs were on fire.
The court house has a nice two sided set of tall stairs.
We did Dora 1, 2, 3
100 Merkins
200 LBC’s
300 Squats
Your partner had to climb the stairs do a burpee go down the other side go back up do a burpee and then back down to be rewarded with the other exercises.
And don’t forget we were still doing burpees on call.
After we finished the Dora, we did burpees for everyone that had failed to properly reward us on there own already.
Then we moseyed down to The Parking Lot of Death.
We did Zombie walks in between parking places.
At each line we had to stop and do a “Merkin”. Mayham thought this was an undercover Burpee.
We then moseyed back to the flag.
Here we meta morphed into a BEARCRAWL INCHWORM. Pax holds plank while they bearcrawl from the back to the front of line inching our way across the field.
After that we circled up around the flag.
We listened to the Ghostbusters themesong while doing burpees when ever they said Ghostbusters and Plank jacks when ever they said, I a’nt afraid of no ghost.
Time was getting close, so we finished up with some Mary.
Squeezplay was hoping for poolside, but we decided on american hammers and empirial walkers
