So this was my VQ. I have been pondering for weeks just what i might or could do. After a final scouting of the area an hour before the beatdown and buying a watch to keep up with time, I was ready!
Warm up:

Thang 1:
We moseyed from Festival Park east down Stewart Pkwy heading toward the Civic Center parking lot across from the Post Office. The mumble chatter started halfway through the mosey. It seems the PAX thought that Bambi, (an Elk), didn’t like to run.
Upon arrival the bears came out of the forest! We partnered up for BEAR CRAWL 1-2-3. Partner 1 Bear crawled from curb to curb and Crawl beared (backwards bear crawl) back to initial curb while Partner 2 started the 1-2-3 (100 Merkins) (200 LBC’s) (300 Squats). Flip-Flopping the 1-2-3’s and Bear Crawls until completed. Once again a little mumble chatter could be heard from backward crawling bears! Once finished, held plank for the 6.
With the 6 in, we Moseyed down 2nd street with a heading of Festival Park. Stopped half way to hold a wall squat while allowing the 6 to join the PAX. With the 6 in, we did 1 burpee and moseyed back to the shovel Flag.
Thang 2:
Partnered up for Catch me if you can from shovel flag to the waterfront sidewalk. Partner 1 Zombie Walked while partner 2 executed 25LBC’s then ran to Partner 1 and flip-flopped. Once at the sidewalk, we turned and headed back to the shovel flag while Partner 1 Bear Crawled and Partner 2 executed 25LBC’s then ran to partner 1 and flip-flopped.
Once completed,with ample time left, we moseyed over towards the estuarium and onto and down the waterfront sidewalk. We broke off the sidewalk and made a stop at the gazebo. Circled up in plank position, with mumble chatter about how long Name-o-rama and prayer requests would take, executed: 20 Merkins(IC), Held Al Gore for 1min, and 10 more Merkins(IC).
Moseyed back to the shovel flag for Mary.
