Workout: Pledge, good mornings, ssh, merkin on sandbags, squats. Carry sandbags one lap around the stadium to the Tower flag pole.  Merkins on sandbag, squats.  Mosey through open gate at stadium with sandbag to the top of first flight of stairs on the field.  Back down and ground sand bag.  Perform 5’s with sandbag rows at bottom and merkins at top.  Then one lap around inside of stadium back to the flag.
