3 years ago today I stood in a circle at a shovel flag at Boyd Lee Park at 5:30 a.m. as an FNG. 45 minutes later I was breathing hard and sweating. Then Tonka gave me the most God awful name I could ever imagine. He didn’t even have the guts to show up this morning to help me celebrate!!

WARM UP

• 10 SSH (IC) – 1 Burpee
• 10 High Knees (IC) – 2 Burpees
• 10 Butt Kickers (IC) – 3 Burpees

THE THANG

• 1 Large Lap mosey OYO around the upper parking lot and down to the bus stop in the lower parking lot near Charles
• 20 Mountain Climbers (IC)
• 20 Plank Jacks (IC)
• 50 LBC’s (OYO)
• 50 Flutter Kicks (OYO)

Light pole suicides with exercises at each light as we progressed. Reps x 15 for each

• Light 1 Exercise: Merkins
• Light 2 Exercise: Squats
• Light 3 Exercise: Carolina Dry Docks
• Light 4 Exercise: Lunges
• Light 5 Exercise: Wide Arm Merkins
• Light 6 Exercise: Squat Jumps

Next – Large running lap. Up Charles, PAX assemble at the ECU sign. Then down G’vlle Blvd. and Left on Rosewood to Elmhurst School. PAX assemble behind ECU scoreboard.
