roll 4×100 per roll
drink 1×100 per drink
dessert 2×800 per dessert

Moleskin: This was a reminder we are what we eat and we pay for it.  For YHC my heart rate stayed high and I was running easy pace.  YHC ate terrible and had some drinks yesterday.  My body wasn’t happy. Our bodies provide us what we need but it can only do that if we provide our body quality fuel.  This gets hard during the holidays because we have dinners, socials, etc.  all of which can slow us down and decrease performance.  Unless you are Aquaman and like racoon bonners.  Stay healthy brothers.
