Started in the circle with SS Hops, Good Mornings, Abe Vigodas and various stretches. Moved to the gate with benches for 2 minute blasts of Derkins, LBCs, StepUps and Dips. Went to the wall for some seated time against the wall with a coupon. Sauntered to the Minges Meadow for Wheel Barrows/Bear Crawls. Lunges and Zombie Crawls. Moved on to Leg Lifts and Grave Diggers. Proceeded to promenade to the Pirate statue for group Superman endurance challenge to fatigue failure with a Dying Cockroach until all had failed. Strolled back to the circle for a round of various stretches.
