Send out a text to my friendly neighborhood PAX (San Fran, Southern Fried, Baby Ruth) notifying them that I had the Q at the Sandlot. Figured I would get some type of response on what time I would be heading out on Tuesday morning. CRICKETS! Not a word. I am guessing they would not be able to handle the beat down that would take place at the Sandlot.

The Thang
Moseyed to the amphitheater and completed 11’s of LBC’s and meerkins. Mosey over to the track and did a round of “Catch me if you can” with 5 meerkins as the exercise. Moseyed to the picnic table and completed 11’s of step ups and picnic table sit ups. Final destination was a round of “BLIMPS” and then a rinse and repeat at one of the baseball fields. Headed back to the amphitheater for a round of Mary and then back to the flag.
