Great day out at Eagle’s Ridge. We had a total of 10 pax show up for an arms and abs beat down at the stadium. We started with the Pledge of Allegiance and then did a quick double time to the tunnel of love to get out of the rain. One there we did the usual round of warm ups and stretches to get the body ready. We assumed positions against the wall, facing each other and then started the shoulder workout. For each exercise we head the pax go down the line counting to 10 while we did: arm circles, hallelujahs, bent arm elbow touches and arm flutters.

We then moseyed to the stairs for calf raises. we did three sets of ten count calf raises in cadence. We then did two sets of 20 SALAD, slow and low and deep squats. We then went back to the tunnel of love for some ab exercises. We did 25 WWIIs, 50 LCBs, one minute of chill cut plank, 25 American hammers in cadence. We also rested in the people’s chair for a rotating 10 count with each pax. We did 25 count Imperial walkers in cadence and 25 hillbillies. Then we combined a low squat hold position with arm raises rotating through the pax.

Next we moseyed to the Pirate statue where we did some dips, some erkins and some more squats before moseying back to the flag for closing prayers.

A good time was had by all.
