That’s right, we wore out the arms and legs of these PAX this morning because who really needs them the rest of the day, amiright? We worked hard working out those big muscle groups and there wasn’t a dry shirt out there afterwards. Very well done to all who posted!!

Warm up:

  • Side straddle hops (IC) x40, arm circles (IC) x5 each direction, internal/external rotations (IC) x10, don quixotes (IC) x10

Workout:

  • 20 mercan, bear crawl 20m, 19 mercan, mosey back, 18 mercan, bear crawl 20m, 17 mercan, mosey back…. so forth to 0.
  • 20 squat, lunges 20m, 19 squat, mosey back,18 squat, lunges 20m, 17 squat, mosey back… so forth to 0.
  • Al gore x70 seconds.
  • On the track: 5 burpee, sprint 50m, mosey 50m. 10 burpee, sprint 50m, mosey 50m. 15 burpee, sprint 50m, mosey 50m. 40 high knees (IC), sprint 50m, mosey 50m.
  • In partnership – 40 freddy mercury,10 pull-ups x2 sets each
