As a result of late night travel, YHC knew Host Workout Q Fin would be absent and needed to secure a flag. Luckily Newfie was on the scene from #PrayFirst and was able to plant for the workout.

5:30 a.m. approached and YHC gave the F3 mission to the PAX that showed, provided the disclaimer, and observed the Pledge of Allegiance.

PAX were staged with KB’s at the flag with rucks on and were instructed to make a L-shaped lap from the flag around the church and back, leaving their KB’s at the flag.

The lap route was approximately .5 miles with an ending total of just over 2.5 ruck miles.

After each lap PAX were led in a KB exercise:

  1. Overhead KB Press x 20
  2. Sumo KB Squat x 20
  3. Alternating hand-on KB Merkins x 8 per hand
  4. One-Armed KB Bent-Over-Row x 20 per hand
  5. KB High-Pull x 20

The boys wrapped up with a quick out and back to recover.
