The PAX met up on a morning with the perfect weather and chirping birds for a Mall Walk led by Mayhem and a Around the World Tour inspired by Redboxe’s Slack Post.

The Tour Began with the Pledge of Allegiance and 41 side straddle hops to Mark the start of Salt Licks 41st trip around the sun today.  We than began our trip to each contient which included a mosey around 1/4 of the track followed by a “3/12” (3 burpies and 12 plank jacks).  Each continent had its own exercise:

North America: American Hammers (can’t remember how many we did)

South America: Dora 1-2-3

Antarctica: 50 yard Seal Craw (bear crawl with no legs).  That one was not popular.

Australia:  Australian Snow Angels x 12 (mix between a superman and a snow angel)

Asia: The Bataan Death Crawl:  An extremely unpleasant mix of burpies, a bear crawl, and an Indian run

Q Tip:  Be Hearty in your Approbation and Lavish in Your Praise.  It’s an old Dale Carnegie quote that reminds leaders to show authentic appreciation for our co-workers, m’s, and family for things big and small, whenever we can.

Europe: Bulgarian squat x 12 each leg with the partner holding a plank.

The round the world tour then reunited with our mall walking friends for a few rounds of Marys: Scissors, Box Cutters, and the alphabet.

Prayers for Close Hanger and Soft Shell’s family members as they recover and for all the members of the PAX who sometimes struggle to get their heads and their hearts in the right place to show up best for others.
