THE THANG

  • 1 Lap mosey OYO around the track for a warm-up
  • Next – 3 Laps around the track with various exercises at the 4 sidewalk intersections
  • Lap 1 Exercises: 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats, 20 WWI sit-ups
  • Lap 2 Exercises: 5 Burpees, 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 15 Lunges each leg, 20 LBC’s
  • Lap 3 Exercises: 5 Imperial Walkers (PAX boycotted Burpees and QIC was glad they did), 10 wide arm Merkins, 15 donkey kicks, 20 flutter kicks (2 is 1)
  • Over to the parking lot.
  • 3 trips down the parking lot. Sprint the length from black pole near FIA to the beginning of parking lot exit, slow Mosey back to teach body to recover while still running.
  • After 3 trips, 45 minutes was done so back to the flags.
