I could not think of a post name, hence no name post. I am working to headlock a friend for F3Chatt and was reading through their blackblasts. I kept noticing their warm-ups often include multiple exercises with a 50 count cadence, so I thought I would this a try. We did not make it to a 50 IC, that is a lot of counting and later turned to oyo.

Warm-up:

40 SSH IC

25 Good Mornings IC

The Thing:

Took off to the rockpile for 20 Curls for the girls IC and 15 Squats IC.

We moved over to the covered shelter for 11’s of tricep dips and pull-ups.

From the shelter we hit the track moving clockwise to the first intersection for 50, 4 count flutter kicks oyo. This created some mumble chatter about how you count these correctly. I think we all lost count during the chatter and took off the next intersection.

Just so happens that Headlight mentioned gorilla humpers, so we performed 25 gorilla humpers followed by 50 American hammers  IC.

With our abs nice and warmed up at the next intersection we continued our Mary’s with 25 WW1’s and 25 LBC’s oyo.

Giving our abs a break, we took off for the center of the ball fields for 10 count people’s balls to walls and the people’s chair.

With our abs rested we went back to where we started the flutter kicks for more…. flutter kicks. This time we confirmed that each time a leg went up, that counted as one. 50 each leg, oyo.

We started heading back towards the flag and stopped at the one intersection we have not visited. We started 7’s of squats and Carolina dry docks and had to stop halfway as we were getting close to 6:15.

Back where the flag was supposed to be, we added a 2 burpee penalty for not having a flag, :-(, followed by some SSH’s until 6:15.
