So we were at Shieldlock and 2-Stop asked if anyone could step in for him to Q Blast Off.  I agreed to support my brother and because BLP is always special to me as it was my first workout site.

The Thang

After some warmup exercises, we moseyed to the center hub of the BLP.  We ran from the center out to the outer ring, performed the exercised and then went back to the center for the alternate exercise and went to each of the four routes to the outer ring.

Round 1:  25 Merkins – 5 Burpees, 25 Werkins – 5 Burpees, 25 Ranger Merkins – 5 Burpees, 25 Diamond Merkins – 5 Burpees

Round 2:  50 Mountain Climbers – 10 Jump Squats, 50 Smurf Jacks – 10 J.S., 50 Plank Jacks – 10 J.S., 50 Carolina Dry Docks – 10 J.S.

Round 3:  75 WW2 – 20 Monkey Humpers, 75 Flutter Kicks – 20 M.H., 75 LBC – 20 M.H., AMRAP Windshield Wipers
