Never put off til tomorrow what you could get done today or you end up like YHC doing BB almost a month old all at once – No Excuses..

After a quick set of warm ups the Pax moved over to the Handicapped Parking lot for a quick set of 7’s – Merkins and Squats

After which we moseyed over to the “umbrella” where it was YHC’s intent to do another set of 7’s (partner assisted) of Pull-ups and Dips

An Audible was called after one of our Double-Respects had a crash-landing nearly giving YHC a Heart-Attack, so instead we

Moseyed to the end of the Ball field and found some outfield fencing where we did Peoples Chair (Down the Line0 & Balls to the Wall (Also down the line) – Thanks Tap for nearly making me puke

Moseyed to the End of the Nature Trails where we ran the entirety of the trail system and at every clearing we performed some sort of exercise (most of which escape YHC now – Sorry)

On the way back to the flag we stopped at the shelter for several minutes of step-ups and super-step-ups

Moseyed back to the flag, just in time.
