Mosey to park benches
DORA – 50 Derkins, 100 Dips, 200 Step-ups while partner moseys to gym set to do 3 pull-ups

Indian Run around track and end at the rock pile

Grab a rock for each arm;
25 Curles
25 Hallelujahs
25 Bend over flies
25 Merkins rotating with one hand on a rock
Switched spots with another PAX then rinse and repeat

Mosey to Wall
Peoples chair 10 count up, then back
Balls to the wall 10 count up, then back
