The Thang

Run .5 mile and meet back at the rock pile.

Complete 15 of each exercise.

Trifecta (Squat, Halellujiah, Curl)

Side Bridge 15 seconds each side

Chopping Wood (Bringing the rock over your shoulder like your chopping wood) x 15 on each side.

Triangle Merkins- Be sure your nose goes in the middle.

Rinse and Repeat

Run .5 mile around and meet back at the picnic shelter.

Start with the snake over the tables.

Complete 10 Spiderman Merkins and 20 Irkins.

Rinse and Repeat.

Mosey to the flag and finished with:

Windshield Wipers, Freddie Mercuries, Burpees

This was a good workout with a good number for Monday mornings.  Still want to keep head locking people to grow our numbers and get people out.  Also, don’t want to forget about the people that have posted, but have been M.I.A for some time.  Reach out and check in with them.
