  • Push Outs, Side Lunges, Squats

Eye of the Hurricane – Four station circuit, in partnership of two each doing one exercise then switch, completing one circuit then PlankoRama for the 6 before moving on to the next circuit. 3 circuits with 10, 20, 40 reps each exercise.

  • Station 1 – Ape Hangers(10,20,40), Step-Ups(10,20), Plank Jack(40)
  • Station 2 – Squats(10,20,40), Plank Leg Raises(10,20,40)
  • Station 3 – Dips(10,20,40), Box Jumps(10,20), High Knees(40)
  • Station 4 – Burpee(10,20), Mercans(40), Farmer Carry 100lb total(10, 20, 40 steps out and same back)
