11 PAX arrived to #Breakdown for a fun time getting stronger.

Warmup:

*Pledge of Allegiance

*SSH 15x

*GM 15x

*Forward Arm Circles Cadence 15x

*GE 15x

*Reverse Arm Circles Cadence 15x

*Mosey to 1st intersection for Merkin 10x

*Mosey to 2nd intersection for WW2 20x

*Mosey to 3rd intersection for Imperial Walkers 30x

*Mosey to 4th intersection for Squats 40x

*Mosey to picnic shed for 11’s at tables (Dips) and playground (Pullups, modify if need) Al Gore for the 6.

*Mosey to Rock Pile, each Pax chose a rock for 10 count tricep extension, curls for girls, bend over rows.  Spinal Tap and Stabler chose a rock exercise.

*Mosey to the Wall for Ball on the wall, 2 count down the line.  Spinal Tap took it easy on us with his count!  Recover then 10 count People’s Chair with Hallelujah’s 10 count down the line.  Recovered then back to Balls on the wall for 5 count down the line.  Recover back to People’s Chair with hold for 10 count down the line.

*Finished up with a Merry exercise from each of the PAX at the flag.

 

Prayer Requests:

Mayhem:  Friend (Marty) battling pancreatic cancer.  Starting hospice care at home soon.  In good spirits, right with God!  Prayer for him and his family.

Cold Cut reminded us that we all have something.
