No know about Qing about I week before, but after two races this past weekend my right knee was in pain! Against my M’s better judgement I still Q. The good thing is that at a boot camp style workout the Q says how much running is done, so little running was done during my workout.

  • Move to rock pile and pick a big rock
  • do 3 rounds of 15 to 30 reps of the following, Bend over rows, curls, triceps press and shoulder press. Also, to add some fun we pass our rock to the left after each exercise
  • next we went to shelter by bear crawling to the light pole, run to the next light pole, bear crawl, run, bear crawl, run
  • At the shelter we did Aquaman Ladder, which is 1 derkin and 4 dips, 2 derkins and 8 dips, all the way until 6 derkins and 24 dips
  • Run the bottom of Mount Mellow Johnny
  • Here we got partners. One partner bear crawl to the light pole and ran back as the other partner did plank jacks, then they switched
  • Next we did the same but crab walk and did crab jacks
  • Lastly we did a few rounds of Mary
