YHC decided that we hadn’t had a good rock/coupon workout (OK, maybe YHC hadn’t) in a while, so that’s what we did.

Circle Up/Intro/Pledge

Warmup: SSH, Good Mornings, Cotton Pickers, Good Evenings (11 sets of each). Then mosey to the rock pile for-

The Thang

Grab a rock and circle up. Choose carefully, YHC said. We started with Curls for the Girls, Tricep Extensions, and Bent-Over Rows (again, 11 sets of each). We rotated around the circle a couple of times, just to give the PAX an experience with a different coupon, and repeated the same set of exercises. Then, once everyone got back to their original rock, we picked them up and moseyed over to the middle of the ballfields.

There, we did DORA: 100 V-ups, 200 squats, and 300 LBCs- all with the rock, of course.

Next, the PAX moseyed over to the picnic shelter, alternating carrying their coupons and holding them over their heads.

At the shelter, we did our only set of non-rock exercises, knocking out 7s doing urkins and pull-ups. We finished at the shelter with hallelujahs – you guessed it, with the rocks.

Then, we did a quick mosey to the rock pile to return our rocks and made it to the flag by 6:15.

Countarama, namearama, lifted up prayer requests, took a knee and prayed, and took a picture.
