The Warm-up

Pax started with some SSH (15), Weed Pickers (10), and M. Phelps (10)

The Thang

Pax moseyed to the rock pile.  We did curls, tricep extensions, and bent over rows.  We then moseyed towards the volleyball court.  Once there we did 15-20 flutter kicks.  A quick mosey to the small wall by the concession stand.  Pax partnered up and did some mini Dora.  50 merkins, 100 squats, and 150 lbc’s.  Other Pax would run to the end of the dugout and back.

We then moseyed to the turn around circle.  We spread out around the circle and got in the plank position.  We would then rotate right shuffling.  Every few steps we would do 5 merkins, then shuffle some more, and do more merkins until we completed 1 rotation.

We then moseyed to the shelter.  We 7’s with dips under the shelter and pull-ups at the playground.  Then to the wall.  We did reps of people’s chair and shoulder taps.

Back to the flag, we did suicides with exercises at each stop.  1st stop 10 merkins, 2nd stop 20 squats, 3rd stop 30 mountain climbers.

Finished up with about 2 minutes of Mary
