My first Q at Breakdown.  I was joined my Monarch and Clipper for our first Monday workout of the year.

First order of business: Pledge of Allegiance

Warm Up

  • SSH
  • High Knees
  • Arm Circles
  • Michael Phelps

The Thang

  • Mosey over to the scorer’s tower area for 3 rounds of 7s.  At the end of each round, we would mosey down the alley, do 5 burpees OYO at the track, and mosey back to the tower to begin the next round.
  • Round 1: Merkins/Jump Squats, Lunge in between
  • Round 2: American Hammer/Flutter Kick (2 is 1 for each), Bear Crawl in between
  • Round 3: Pax Choice of Dips/Imperial Walker, Lunge in between
  • Iron Cross and Hallelujahs as we made our way back to the flag where Clipper led us in Jump Lunges and Monarch led us in Hillbillies

COT: Counterama, Namorama, Prayers, and Announcements

We all got 1% better.  Thank you for the opportunity to lead, Monarch!
