YHC arrived to find RAMBO and the flag ready to Q his first evening workout. The Pax continued to roll in and this is what Rambo hurt us with.

THE THANG

Started with 20 Side Straddle Hops IC. Then Pax split in to two groups ran around the concrete track in opposite directions every quarter lap Pax did 20 Flutter Kicks and when the group of Pax met each other Pax did 10 Merkins.

Next the Pax met at the Shovel Flag for “Colonel Trautman” which the Pax paired up and one partner ran 20 yards to the pull up bar and did 3 pull ups while the other partner did either 5 fingertip Merkins or 10 regular Merkins then held Chill Cut for their partner to tell them to go and do their pull ups. This lasted for 10 minutes After “Colonel Trautman” the Pax Jogged to the bleachers by the woods and did “6’s doing foot release squats and burpees Then the Pax ran the trails to the “Bo Thompson” bridge and held Al Gore for the 6 Once the 6 caughtup the Pax ran to field #2 back stop and held balls to the wall for every Pax to get a 10 count in Afterwords the Pax ran back to the Shovel Flag and did a round of Mary with Bigfoot leading us off with a 4 count from regular plank to chill cut and back to regular plank for 15 reps, then Charlie Brown lead us with LT. Dan until the the workout ended.
