Duff rolled up to BLP as YHC was struggling to unload the Shovel Flags from the car.  We hobbled together to get them planted and YHC told Duff, “If no one else shows up, we’re taking this workout to Tapped and doing some 12oz curls.”  Half-Pint showed up a few minutes later and then some FNG’s appeared, so we Spartaned The F*ck Up, put on our F3 faces and started a merciless workout.

Mosey about 25 Meters from the Pull-up bars for 5 rounds with Colonel Troutman

Col. T – Partner up – P1 performs Merkins while P2 runs to the Pull-up bars, does 5 pull-up and runs back – switch until both partners has done 25 pull-ups

Mosey clock wise to the first intersection and line up on the sidewalk facing the fence

11’s – 4-count Flutter Kicks & Donkey Kicks against the fence

Mosey to the farthest rock pile where someone(YHC) left some buckets – fill the bucket w/ as many rocks as you can handle and line up with backs to the entry road.

Bucket Brigade – Carry bucket to the other end of the clearing – 5 Burpees – return, Repeat w/ 10 WWI sit-ups, Repeat with 10 Diamond Merkins.

Mosey towards the Shelter, grab a quick drink of water and head toward the BFT(Big Freakin Tire)

Team up and Partner flip the tire, once the tire is flipped move to the back of the line.  Keep rotating(there were only 4 of us at this point) from the ditch to the Back-stop and back.

Outstanding effort by all. T-Claps for Hard-Rock (FNG – John R. Williams) who hung with us throughout the whole work-out even after his Grandpa and brother went MIA.

Truth Nugget?  You cannot save everyone.  Invigoration – I had to look it up..  We do not create Leaders, we provide the atmosphere and opportunity for Leaders to create themselves.
