On our Monday work out we were reminded of the ECU score many times by having to do workouts with the number of reps reflecting each teams score.  In hopes that ECU will have a better outcome this weekend I though we would work on our game……quarter by quarter.

Boyd Lee Park has a running path on that is appx. 1/2 mile and is intersected (horizontal and vertically) to create 4 quarters.

Warm UP: Mosey from the flag to :the first intersection (15x plank jacks), mosey to 2nd intersection (15X good mornings), mosey to the 3rd intersection (15X SSH), mosey to the last intersection (15X Don Qs)

Round 2 -Jail Break/mosey (flap jack) to first intersection then 10 burpes/10 merkins/ 10 hallelujah 10 Carolina dry . rinse and repeat at each intersection

Round 3 Jail Break/mosey (flap jack) to first intersection then 10 squats, 10 jump lunges, mule kicks. 10 burpees.

Back to the flag for Mary- 25 American hammer, scissors kick, amrap burpees 1 min.

Announcements-Stretch Q at the Commons this Sunday.

I have not had a chance to Q in a while since we have had so many VQs from newer guys……which I really enjoy, its awesome to have different Q’s and see new guys step up.   Leading the group is where I really tend to push myself and I know other Qs feel the same way.  Thanks for allowing me to lead you guys. QUICK LUBE OUT
