Today at Eagle’s Ridge we worked out by the minute. We had four different stations with three exercises each. we did each exercise for one minute at a time and then rested for 30 seconds. Rinse and repeat and then on to the next stage…..
Stage one: Merkins, Dips and Irkins; Stage two: Running steps, Imperial Walkers and Squats; Stage Three: Hallelujahs, Arm Circles & plank; Stage four: LBCs, American Hammers and WWIIs.
The workout did not sound tough but nobody completed it working the entire minute for all exercises. Like I said, it doesn’t sound tough but now I can’t move my arms.
Prayers were discussed and we all had a great time at Eagle’s Ridge. Come on out for a visit, you might just like it.
