No warmup . Run to lower lot and complete several hundred squats and lunges. Mosey to sidewalk and lunge to Charles Blvd under railroad trestle.

Run across Charles to Harris Teeter parking lot.  Lots of Sprints, bear crawls, lunges, LBC’s, Plank jacks, etc.

Move to upper parking lot and do Lt Dan figure eights .

Run back towards stadium. At Sidewalk, more lunges and squats.
