We started out with a plan for Easy Rider to Q but because of injuries, he was not able to Q. Minnesota fats took the reigns and led us to victory.

We started out warming up ans stretching before the masses headed off for a two lap mosey of Minges. We then went to the tunnel of love and ran through some iterations with the people’s chair and balls to the wall. Next we went to the tennis courts and alternated sprints and bear crawls with various ab exercises at the corners. Rinse and repeat x 2.

Next we moseyed to the pirate statue and did sevens with dips and squats. Finally we moseyed back to the flags to warm down and stretch.

Prayers and fellowship ensued.
