Q called circle up, welcomed all, the disclaimer was given and it was go time.

Warm Up:

Pledge to the Flag of our Country, 12 SSH’s, 10 Good Mornings, 10 Good Mornings & 10 Cotton Pickers.

The Thang:

We started off things with a game of catch me if you can.  While 1 PAX bear crawled towards the statue the rest completed 3 burpees and gave chase.

Once we got to the statue the PAX followed the Q to the big hill where we began a set of sevens.  We were to do burpees and lunges while running the hill in between.  Once done the Q called for the PAX to do 10 burpees OYO and 10 WMD’s OYO for good measure.  He didn’t want anyone thinking he was going to go light.

Next the PAX followed the Q to the tennis courts where we went a round of 4 corners.  The PAX were instructed that the exercises were as followed:  Corner 1 10 squats low and slow, Corner 2 Merkins X 20, Corner 3 WMD’s X 30 and Corner 4 Burpees X 40.

Now that everyone was spent it was off to Gate 6 for 3 rounds of peoples chair and dips.

Finally, we circled up for MARY where we completed crab cakes, squats, plank jacks and flutter kicks.

As always, I can’t say enough how proud I am of Koolaid and his willingness to step up as the Q.  If anyone showed up for the “easy” choice that day they chose wrong!
