Thought I would challenge the legs a bit during the workout.  Here’s how it went down.

The Thang

After POA and warmups, we moseyed to the benches at the end of the corner of the stadium.

First up was Lazy Dora.  Partners switched at 25 reps for all exercises:

100 Hand-release Irkins on the bench while partner planked.

200 LBCs while partner held 6 inches

300 Bench squats (butt hits the bench.  NO CHEATING) partner did a squat hold.

We then moseyed to the other end of the stadium to the driveway down to the big parking lot:

Second exercise was 7s with Carolina Dry Docks at the top of the hill and Burpees at the bottom.

We then moseyed to the parking lot beside the meadow:

We did full distance of the meadow sprint, did an exercise, and then did a backwards run back to the start.

Exercises were:  25 Monkey Humpers, 50 Jump Squats, & 75 High Knees.

We then returned to the flag, performed a couple of Marys and that was it.
