Tuesday at the ridge. It was a great morning. This was my second Q in a row. I could have rinse and repeated but that’s the easy way. Today YHC brought back the Water Bottles!

The Thang
Mosey to Elm Street Schoolyard. We did 11s Pull-ups and Erkins.
Mosey to tennis courts. 4 corners
25 LBC, 25 Merkins, 25 Flutter kicks, 25 Mountain Climbers
Rinse and repeated, substituting MC with Squats and mixed the order.
Held chill cut for 1 minute (love the complaining towards the end)
Mosey to the bottom of the parking lot near Grady White entrance.
YHC had 4 water bottles ready (2 per HIM). Each HIM carried water to the first tree and back while the rest did Hallelujahs and Squats – rotating on each trip. After the first round, we started carrying water to the next tree (about 50 yards). Time was not allowing us to complete this challenge so we modified and may our way back to the flag. Each HIM got a chance to carry water about 50 yards while others lunged and sprinted.

With pull-ups and carrying water bottles, shoulders may be sore tomorrow.
