Pledge of Allegiance to start things off right.

Quick warm-up including Side-Straddle Hops, Good Mornings, Goodnights, and Michael Phelps.

Shovel decided to hit snooze this morning and showed up in the middle of the warm-up prompting a breezy 5 burpees from the crew.

From the warm-up we mozeyed up Mt. Murphy twice to get the blood flowing before an Indian Run to Gate 9.

At Gate 9, PAX chose their coupons and proceeded to Hallelujah their way down the lane and back.

From Gate 9, another Indian Run to the Tunnel for a grueling 10 count round robin People’s Chair. Grapevine started implementing Hallelujahs which was followed by We’re Not Worthy’s, Upper Cuts, and Punch Outs. PAX took it upon themselves to choose the harder things.

Because YHC just can’t pass a good looking wall without putting his balls on it, Balls to the Wall followed the People’s Chair with a 4 count Chicken Pecker from each PAX down the line.

Another Indian Run the long way around back to the Meadow.

YHC does not enjoy a lot of bear crawls. YHC also knows that bear crawls are a grueling workout that makes everyone better. So YHC decided to lead the PAX in a long series of Bear Crawls down the meadow, stopping at every tree line for another set of exercises.

First, 15 Merkins between Bear Crawls down and back

Second, 10 Walk-Outs between Bear Crawls down and back

For the third set, we switched to Lunges with 1 Burpee at every interval

PAX worked hard and pushed themselves through a tough set

Jailbreak for the Flag.

5 Minute Merry of Ab exercises including WWII’s, Flutter Kicks, Freddie Mercury’s, LBC’s, and ended with a 1 minute plank.
