The Thang: Light Calisthenics warm up to loosen the joints. Circle Burp in which the PAX assembled in a circle at double arm intervals, then while doing Side-Straddle-Hops each PAX member yells “Burpee!” one after another in a circle and everyone does a burpee when called. It started out slow and then PAX realized the faster it was called, the faster it would end. Jungle Fever followed, same set-up as Circle Burp. PAX pick up jog in place and each member in the circle will call out “Left”(All PAX left-face), “Right”(All PAX right-face), or “Jump”(well you get the idea.). Some PAX felt the need to make multiple maneuvers before quieting down (which signals the next PAX member to yell a maneuver,) which showed off their imagination and I suppose enjoyment of the exercise. Then we took a short jog ending near the tennis courts for some slope-centered 7’s (exercise, then run downhill, exercise, then run uphill = slope-centered.)  PAX then made a pit stop at the West wall and had Pilates class and a long wall sit while enjoying some rhythmic cadence. Another slope centered 7’s interval saw a lot of salty drops. Finally after Mosey-ing back to the flag, we finished the workout with line jumps (if it sounds like jumping back and forth over a line, you are correct!) and ultimate skier’s (similar to line jumps, only right to left.)

BOM/Prayer Requests: Easy Rider Daughter is getting her license, Tim Wiseman(HotPursuit) Family, Kingpin Biopsy, Praise for the return of Butterworth, all unspoken requests

Salty prayed us out.

COT/Announcements: Second F luncheon @ Angus Burger, Third F small group study @ Tim Wiseman’s home later tonight

Moleskin: Thanks to Cold Cut for letting me Q this workout. I enjoyed getting to put this workout together and use the ideas of the Q’s who have come before to help write it. I want to thank the PAX who came out in support of me and endured the crazy plunge from the eagles nest. I saw sweat on PAX members shirts all around, I hope everyone enjoyed as much as I did!
