Warm up: Side Straddle hops, Good mornings

The Thang:

The very cold morning began with an Indian run to the top of college hill. It was here I planned on having us complete one round of 11’s, but due to See Thru’s daughter’s 17th birthday we bumped it up to 17’s. We worked the upper and lower extremities with some squats and irkins.

We then mosied on down to the SPC lot at the bottom of the hill. Here we completed a gruesome 3 corners (a portion of the parking lot was too icy) with the exercises picked by the PAX. Mr. Belding thought we all needed some burpees in our life, as well as plank jacks, and american hammers. We continued this until 6:00 am as we Indian ran back to the flag, had a short round of Mary, and called it a day.

Prayer requests:

Mr. Belding’s coworker Mary who recently lost her son.
