Chicken Chaser set 1 (15 x Inverted mountain climbers, 15 x overhead arm claps, 15 x little circles to front, 25 x side straddle hops, 15 x little circles to the rear) Mumble Chatter.

Mosey’d to the Meadow, Bearcrawled to the first set of trees, 15 x side straddle hops, repeated 3 more times. Turned around and Bearcrawled back with 15 x squats in between, repeated 3 more times.

Mosey’d to the stairs, broke the team up into 2 teams. Conducted backwards pyramid starting with 15 Merkins with a set of Adrians (run up the stairs and yell Adrian). Recovered both teams before heading back to the flag. Circled up and conducted another set of 25 side straddle hops.
