It was great being back at First Aid. I also remember when First Aid started!

We start with a quick warm up of good morning, merkins and side straddle hops. Next we went into going the snake. Following this we did 25 squats.

Next we ran to the big pirate and I must tell everyone that I thought it would rain, so I had to change the workout on the fly. At the pirate we did dips, foot release squats, derkins and ran the stairs.

Next we went to the tailgate field and did walk lunges and squats. followed by a round of Mary at the baseball field. On the way back we did bear crawls and merkins on the tailgate field.

We went back to the pirate and repeated the same workout. Also, when back to the flag and repeated the same workout.
