I was sitting at my desk at home thinking of how to bring the pain and saw the good old F3 workout deck.  After hearing my M fussing at the kids about their homework, my plan come together!

The Thang

Told the Pax we were going to challenge the minds as well as their bodies.  Paired the Pax up in four groups with a minimum of 2 per group.  Randomly drew a workout card X 2 for each Pax to memorize their exercise, and informed them that it was okay if they forgot, we would just do 10 burpees instead!  Moseyed over to the edge of the parking lot and started with group 1.  Moved across the parking lot to the next light pole and next group.  Stopped at the meadow for some full length sprints and backwards run returns.  Each group went twice and the Q finished the beatdown with some random drawn cards.
