It had been a while since YHC had the Q at the stadium, so I was pleased to step up.  Several PAX mentioned that they were happy to be at the stadium to avoid the Iron Pax challenge at BLP, so I did my very best to disappoint them with their choice to post at the stadium!

THE THANG:

  • Good mornings X10
  • SSH X30
  • Mosey to the tennis courts
  • Suicides:  Run from the fence to the outside and center lines of all 6 courts.
  • 4 Corners:  Mountain descenders, merkins, burpees, and WWIIs X15 at each corner.  Repeato.
  • Dora:  Partner up at bottom of the hill.  Merkins, squats, and LBCs X150, swapping with partner running up the hill.
