Pledge

Warm up- 20 ssh, 10 good mornings, 10 gravel pickers.

Jog around Minges to the tunnel of love for peoples chair (10 second count each pax) and Balls to the Wall ( 5 second count).  Pax then continued to the pirate statue for two rounds of Aiken Legs (20 squats, 20 boom/jump quats, 20 split jacks, 20 lunges) with a sprint up the stairs in between.  We then jogged to the other stairs for two rounds of sore arms (10 merkin jacks, 10 shoulder tap Merkins, 10 dips) with a sprint up the stairs in between.

 

Next, Pax partnered up for a Lazy Dora:

  • 100 merkins (Partner A – 10 merkins /  Partner B – hold plank) switch
  • 200 LBC ( Partner A – 20 LBC / Partner B – hold 6” leg lift) switch
  • 300 Squats (Partner A – 25 squats / Partner B – hold squat position) switch

To round out the morning we completed a Merkin go round with 2 Pax choice exercises.
