I was very glad to be Qing on the 5th anniversary of my heart attack. YES, I had a minor heart attack with a 100% blockage, but i am all better now (I Hope).  We start at 5:30 as soon as Jock Itch put his pants on.

Warm up

  • 20 merkins – The only warm up true men need

Da Thung

  • Run to the bus stop
  • Do 20 dips and 20 LBC (4 times each)
  • Run to College Suits
  • Do fatboy pull ups followed by derkins in sets of 15, 10 & 5
  • Run to the bottom of College Hill
  • In the flood parking lot we ran suicides
  • We did suicides again but this time we did 2 burpees at the first line, 4 at the second line, 6 at the next line, 8 at the next line and finally 10 at the last line. ( that was a dumb idea)
  • Next we ran backward up College Hill
  • At the top of the hill we did step ups all the way down the brick wall
  • switch sides and did it again
  • Ran back to the bus stop
  • Here we did a round of Mary. Everyone had the joy of picking an ab exercise, but at the end of everyone we did 5 derkins
