We began: Disclaimer. What F3 is about. Pledge of Allegiance…Stretch to the Right/Left/Middle. Monkey Hemp position to stretch, then a few In Cadence. Counted off by 2’s. Moseyed around the parking lot back to the starting circle for further stretching: from the plank, foot to hand, both sides, baby pose, cat/cow, good evenings, reach for the sky (one of Papa Smurf’s).

One lap up Mt. Murphy then around to Blackbeard’s statue. The 1’s and 2’s were separated. Two Rounds of SALAD was used for 20 Derkins and 20 Squats. Interwoven with a run up the stairs and back then toward the baseball complex. Circled up for some V-Ups, at least 20.

Tunnel was next with 1’s on one side. 2’s on the other side. (Spread out for distance with all today). People’s Chair 10 count each. Then Chicken Peckers, 3 count each pax with balls to the wall (modifier-plank). Then Michael Phelps for a 5 count. Then 10 Shoulder tap Merkins (just for fun). We completed not Burpee 1 today.

Headed beyond the tunnel, lining up and finding a big square of personal space where Underdog was panting for Polly Purebread, but instead, he led us in at least 20 Jungle Boi Squats (Iron Pax Flavor stuff right there. And this Runner can Jump…..Boom. Though he is a, ‘meek shoe shine boi’, that Underdog from Robeson County)!

Found some Grass (not the smoking kind) where Classified enjoyed leading at least 20 WWI’s. Chicken Wang wanted to lead in at least 5, so he did.

Headed down to the ECU Parking lot. Two Lines shoulderish to shoulder, facing the bus stop. We did not do Lt. Dan, however, Lunged beyond the Blu Light (not Bud Light, Slim Jim) and when Minnesota was asked to count to 30, he modified. PAX loved his enthusiasm.

So, 1’s and 2’s line up at the bottom of the Big Hill Facing the Natatorium. Crawl Beared half way up, flip to Bear Crawl to the top. Walk down, do it again. Head back down (YHC H2o was there…)

Line up at the bottom of the hill on the street. JAIL BREAK to the top and line up against the Natatorium wall and into Planking positions: low, left arm, right arm. That’s all we did here.

Brisk walk past Murphy Meadow where we did not move a TIRE, heading toward the Shovel Flag as 6:15 was a dinging. Great Work Men, You busted chops today. And, I was honored to take part.

COT: Suicide Prevention Month. A few men shared their fathers ended their lives…….. We reflected how we as men DO NOT have to keep silent about pains in our lives. Reach out.

YHC prayed us out, remember those who lifted prayers, including the PEACE that Chris Combs is now in and  away from ALS that took his life, leaving children, family and friends. COVID related concerns with people and safety. My son (this is for prayer, not gossip-has COVID). Blue Ridge Relay folks. Our Nation. Our First responders, front line essential people. Young Nicolas, a twin student from Ayden who took his life.

Announcments: Blood Drive, see Twitter further for details; CC has Q at 116 in the Gloom-EC at 6, the show at 7. MFats has the Q Monday at the Stadium. Prayer March 9/26 Nation’s Capital for Our Nation.

Cold-Cut………..OUT, until next time muh bruthers…………………………………
