squats ladder. Start with 10 do step ups over the ledge (2 is 1) and do 9 squats on the other side. Do this all the way down to 1. Mosey to parking lot behind stadium.

30 Merkins on one side. Run to the other side and do 25 Merkins. Run back and do 20. Repeat until down to 5 Merkins. misu back to the flag for seated ab work and 0615!
