Nice turnout for First Aid including a special sighting of Mr. B.  Did a few warm-ups, talked to the group that sometimes we have to cover the same ground a few times, but each time it makes us stronger, and then we started our Thang.

The Thang

Did an outbound run to 4 different points, did an exercise at each point, and then back to the start for an exercise.  Did 3 rounds as follows:

25 Merkins, Werkins, Ranger Merkins, and Hand Release Merkins and back to the middle each time for 5 Burpees.

50 Mountain Climbers, Plank Jacks, Smurf Jacks, and Carolina Dry Docks and back to the middle each time for 10 Jump Squats

100 WW2s, Flutter Kicks, Windshield Wipers, and LBCs and back to the middle each time for 20 Monkey Humpers or the newly coined UnderHumpers!

Finished out with some Mary and we were done.
