YHC pulled out of the fartsack this am not having the first clue of what he was going to have the pax do today. It was right at bedtime last night when I received word that REV needed to me to take the Q as he is under the weather. I always enjoy the chance to lead my Brothers whenever I can. Not wanting to repeat a previous workout I decided to sleep on it and put it together this am. I decided on my way to DFS that I would pull from something I had heard Tonka say a few weeks ago that he liked to sometimes make it up as he went. I went ahead and figured out my warm ups and first exercise. After that it was all made up on the fly. For a while this am I thought it was just going to be Skully and I which would have been a Sacred Sunday replay from two weeks ago but with a couple of minutes to spare five more showed up with one FNG. A quick disclaimer was given and we were off.

Warm Ups:

Arm and leg stretches -15 ic each

SSH – 20ic

The Thang:

Mosey to Minges meadows for some blimps. Start at first tree and go to each set along the field doing the following: 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges each leg, 15 Imperial Walkers each leg, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats. Hold Al Gore for the six. Rinse and repeat. We then headed to the brick pavers in front of ECU HOF. There we did a round of elevens with Monkey Humpers and Carolina Dry Docks on opposite sides of the pavers with a Bearcrawl across each time. From there we did Lt Dans back to the flag. Once we got to the flag we had 15 minutes left so YHC decided it would be fun to try the 18 that was introduced at The Good Fight a few weeks prior. This consist of 1 Merkin, 1 WWII Sit Up, 10 sec rest, 2 Merkins, 2 WWII Sit Ups, 10 sec rest and so on up to an 18 count each. Due to time restraints we had to stop after 13 which I believe is the halfway point.

Mary:

One round of ABC’s

Prayer requests were made for REV being sick and his mission trip coming up. A family friend of Skully’s battling brain cancer. YHC prayed us out.

Announcements:

Dodgeball March 19-Let T-Bone know if you are interested as he is signing up today.

F3 family Tailgate for ECU Spring Game April 16-More details to come.

Moleskin:

Thanks to all the pax who came out in the gloom this am. It was really an inspiring workout. Welcome to our newest member Travolta. He got lucky with this name as many ideas went through YHC’s head when the FNG mentioned his favorite movie was Pulp Fiction. This is also one of YHC’s all time favorites so multiple names came to mind but needless to say most were probably not appropriate for our group especially with teenagers present at the time. Thanks to Rev for thinking of me to lead this am.
